 An amazing mapping solution has just been added that aids in the search of properties for both you and your clients on MLS Property Finder.
One simple click provides you with a map from which you can choose up to eight towns, allowing you to see the “big picture.”

Start by logging into MLS Property Finder and clicking on the Search tab. From here, click on the blue link called “Map” over by the View By category. This brings up our state-of-the-art map, and while it takes a few moments to load, it is well worth the wait. Mouse over the map to see the various counties in the state. Clicking on a county brings up another map with all of the towns within that county. Choose up to eight towns and then click, “Submit” at the bottom right hand corner of the map. Doing so automatically populates the “Selected Towns” box within MLS Property Finder. At any given time you can clear your choices or hit “Back” to see the counties again. Now you are ready to continue filling out the rest of your searches’ criteria. It’s that simple! No more scrolling down the long list of towns to do a search. While this new and easy to use map feature was added with you, the agent in mind, the benefits to your clients are paramount as well. The map has the added bonus of supplying a visual tool to those folks wanting to know where one town is relationship to others. It takes the guess work out of the picture! We are sure that you and your clients will find this new map feature as nifty as we do.

- Save a listing(s) for clients, which you can later view on their activity report page
- Now only valid email addresses will be accepted by our system ensuring you are getting solid leads
- Websites and Linked Search Sites – viewers requesting more detail on a listing will receive details about that listing, as well as the top 100 listings that meet their criteria with their FIRST automatic email from you
- Adult Community as a new search criteria
